The Battle begins in your mind. I saw others flourishing however in my mind, I was not able to believe that for myself. The throws of life was heavy. I did not imagine I would have a diagnosis and Life change from an accident that would throw me in the battle field (physically and mentally)on a daily basis. I understand very well of mental health and physical disabilities. Discovering and accepting a new way on a daily basis. I can not be On this healing journey alone and You do not have to be in this alone , either.
